Successive sessions will deepen and strengthen the relationship between you and your therapist, and will seek to instill awareness of your challenges and the skills and confidence to overcome them.

What Is the Role of Our Therapists?
Our therapists foster relationships with their clients, where the client and the therapist collaborate by jointly taking on the role of an expert and a partner. Together, the client and therapist work collaboratively to create a path forward toward healing and growth as equal partners.
